I wanted to give my sister a surprise for her birthday. We had always wanted to ride a hot air balloon ride and this was definitely the perfect time.
You arrive super early and you sign a waiver (of course letting them know that it’s okay if you die, no big deal). Once they have that all set, they drive us to an open area where they start setting up the balloon which is less that 15minutes. In no time at all you are up in the air. I am afraid of heights and I thought that it was going to be the worst feeling on earth but honestly, you do not feel anything.
It was magical to get such beautiful views of my city and get to experience something like this with my sister. We enjoyed every minute of it.
