Mango Salsa (Pico de Gallo with Mango)

Are you looking to serve the most delicious, sweet and spicy salsa at your next event? Or just to have an easy, fresh appetizer to munch on at home? Well this is for you. The easiest pico you will ever make.


  • 1-2 Mangos
  • 1/4 of a red onion (or more if you like onion)
  • Cilantro
  • 1-2 limes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 Jalapeños (or more, depending how spicy you want it)
  • salt


  • Chop everything up into small pieces (except the mango)
  • Add half a line and mix everything up, give it a try and make sure that the lime is enough. If you add too much lime right away, it will come out sour
  • chop up your mango
  • add it to the mix
  • add salt to taste
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Enjoy
