- slice 2 bananas and throw them in blender
- add 1 cup of egg whites or 2 whole eggs
- Add 1 1/2 cups of oat
- add 1 tbsp of baking powder
- add 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
- mix in the blender until oats are completed blended in
- to your pan, add some coconut oil and cook like regular pancakes
makes 6-8 small pancakes
